Welcome to maryberkery.com. This website is operated by Mary Berkery, Soul Coach, Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator, and Retreat Leader, based in Ireland.
By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before using the site or booking any services.

Mary Berkery offers the following services:
• One-to-one soul coaching sessions (including Clarity Sessions)
• Equine-assisted learning sessions and programmes
• Retreats and events
• Online courses and masterclasses
• Soul Sisters Circle monthly membership
• Free resources and downloadable materials
All services are provided for personal development, wellbeing, and educational purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Bookings and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Mary Berkery does not store your payment details.
• Prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change. Any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

One-to-one sessions (Clarity Sessions):
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Mary’s discretion.

Soul Sisters Circle membership:
• Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time by emailing Mary; info@maryberkery.com
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued for the current month.

Retreats and events:
• Cancellation terms for specific retreats and events will be outlined at the time of booking and in any booking confirmation received.

Online courses and masterclasses:
• Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless the content is found to be materially different from its description.

Free Resources and Downloads

Free resources, including PDF downloads, are provided for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, shared commercially, or distributed without the prior written permission of Mary Berkery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, poems, exercises, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Mary Berkery unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
