On the day we will explore how to:
Through equine-assisted learning (no horse skills required), you will access your intuition, come into your embodied essence, and return to heart-led coherence and guidance.
We will:
• Break out from the limiting mental loops
• Align with your expanded knowing
• Deepen multi-sensory awareness and embodied presence
• Discover symbolic teachings of different species
• Find the wisdom available in nature and her sentient animals
• Reclaim joyful spontaneity and connection
