.I help people come home to themselves, not a new self- to the one that was always there, beneath the conditioning, the inherited patterns, the ancestral noise, the habitual thinking that was never the voice of your heart to begin with.
My work is about realignment. Stripping back. Returning to your unique and essential design, the amazing you are when the layers fall away.
I work with coaching tools, with horses, with visualization and journeying, and with the ancient Celtic understanding of the human being, a tradition that has always known we are more than mind alone. Together, these create a space where real inner freedom becomes possible.
I work with people in transition, in reinvention, in awakening and those who are feeling the call for more. I love to accompany, especially with those who hold space for others, coaches, therapists, teachers, healers, because when the holder is held, everything changes.
My tools are ancient. My presence is the practice and equine co-therapists are wiser than I am.
My path has included profound change, personal loss, financial loss, disappointment, and betrayal…
Yet again and again, I have found that when life’s challenges are met consciously and creatively, they become gateways to deeper learning, freedom, compassion, and confidence. The experiences that once felt devastating became invitations into reflection, inquiry, and a larger, more expansive version of myself.

I offer VIP Solo Retreats in Ireland and Italy , intimate, unhurried spaces for deep personal awakening and realignment.
I facilitate Sacred Group Retreats in Ireland, where the land itself becomes part of the work.
