Experiential Learning
Equine Assisted Learning
Equine Assisted Learning is a powerful, ground-based personal development experience with horses as co-facilitators. There is no riding involved and no previous horse experience is needed, only openness and curiosity.
Horses respond to what is authentic in us, often reflecting patterns, emotions, and inner blocks that can be difficult to access through conversation alone.

What Is Equine Assisted Learning?
Equine Assisted Learning is a reflective and experiential learning approach that supports personal growth, emotional awareness, and inner alignment.
Through guided, ground-based interactions with horses, you are invited to slow down, connect with your inner awareness, and explore challenges in a safe, embodied way.
What to Expect from a Session
Sessions are gentle, respectful, and fully ground-based. There is no riding involved, and no prior experience with horses is required.
Each session is guided and adapted to the individual or group, creating a supportive space for reflection, awareness, and integration.

What People Say
Retreats guided with presence, intention, and care — created to help you step away from the noise of daily life and into a space of rest, reflection, and reconnection. Through gentle ritual, deep stillness, and the quiet wisdom of nature, you’ll be supported in returning to your true rhythm and inner voice.
We worked as a couple and got down to our core issue. I felt empowered, energized and confident afterwards. In a luxurious environment Mary was professional with clear boundaries, yet warm and emphatic. An extraordinary experience with horses and with Mary as facilitator, that still works on me. Thank you!

I live in high stress. Being with the horses I experienced calm in a way I normally cannot. It gave me time to think and get clear on important decisions
