I wrote this poem one morning when I stopped rushing. I was multi tasking and about to leave the house to attend to a list of errands. One of my horses came by the living room window stared at my speedy prepping to get into a car and go to do. I called the poem Horse Wisdom. Perhaps in this COVID-19 lock down time it could be a reminder to live embodied in this day.

Relax
Graze on the now
From inside
Go outside
First connect
To your beating heart
Smiling belly
